Please be aware that there are fees that will be added to your payment if you use this online payment process. One fee is a flat $1.25 fee per payment for utilities. One fee is a flat $2.50 for Municipal Court payments. This fee called the Municipal Online Payments Fee is assessed by our service provider. The City of Hallettsville also adds a flat $5.00 fee per utility payment to recover credit card processing costs. The Municipal Court fee is 3.95% per transaction with a minimum of $2.50.
